Nov. 3 Shawn Z. Fleetville, PA singer-songwriter Shawn Z makes
his second appearance on Homegrown Music with a new collection of his original
roots-rock influenced songs. His independent CDs, including his new release
St. Jude Avenue have been gaining some national radio and satellite
airplay. Shawn includes some brand new unreleased songs.

Nov. 10 Round Mountain. A duo of brothers, Robby and Char
Rothschild, Round Mountain is one of the most distinctive groups Homegrown
Music has presented in terms of wide range of world and folk music influence,
and their astonishing cross-cultural mixture of instrumentation. Their CD
Truth and Darkness was one of George Graham's top dozen CD picks for
2007. Malian kora, bouzouki, Bulgarian bagpipes, trumpet and accordion are a
few of the instruments in their arsenal. The sound is intriguing and but a very
memorable and pleasing blend. They make their Homegrown Music debut.

Nov. 17 From Good Homes. A folk-rock group that achieved a fair amount of national success in the 1990s and were signed to a major record label, From Good Homes put in a couple of appearances on Homegrown Music in the late 1980s which featured some of the songs that later would be part of their hit releases. This archive encore features highlights from their Homegrown Music sessions from more than 20 years ago.
Nov. 24 Matt Macaulay. A singer-songwriter with a jazz academic
background, Matt Macaulay released Wish I Could Make You Dance earlier
this year, which been featured on WVIA's Mixed Bag. He makes his Homegrown
Music debut with a band spotlighting the eclectic blend of influences that mark
Macaulay's music. He includes new, previously unreleased songs.
