| July 11. International Orange. An outstanding jazz-rock fusion quartet, comprising musicians who have worked as backing musicians with jazz and rock groups worldwide. Their 2019 album A Man and His Dog was featured on the Mixed Bag album review series. They perform a mix of new material and altered arrangement of tunes from their album in this encore of their 2019 Homegrown Music debut. |

| July 18 A Homegrown Music Concert Encore: SIMON APPLE. The band called Simon Apple released a much acclaimed CD called River to the Sea in 2007, which featured guest appearances by luminaries like bassist Tony Levin, and Hugh McDowell of the Electric Light Orchestra. The individual members remain active, though the group has been on hiatus. They put in an outstanding live Homegrown Music concert in 2007, spotlighting their combination of progressive rock and melodic songs. While the Homegrown Music concert series is on summer hiatus, this segment presents an encore of Simon Apple’s show. |

| July 25 Mickey Spain. A veteran folksinger, Mickey Spain has been a member of the traditional Irish band Makem and Spain, and has recorded with such luminaries as Tom Paxton, Roger McGuinn, Noel Paul Stookey, and Jonathan Edwards. A Scranton resident in recent years Mickey Spain is heard in his 2018 Homegrown Music debut with a collection of original and traditional songs in a solo acoustic setting. |
